Big Stars

Worked on a movie today with the cop from The Big Lebowski who says "They got us workin' in shifts." Also the guy who did the voice for Darth Vadar. The gaffer's actual name was Cool Breeze. Hollywood, baby.

Does this gaffer moonlight in the porno biz?

You mean James Earl Jones, the voice of darth vader. And the cop... hm I am not sure which one that is. Super cool stuff though.

I once read a book by Louis Sachar that had a character named Cool Breezer in it.

Actually, if you go back and read the post, Mike was referring to Darth _Vadar_, also known as the dark Jedi political lobbyist recruited and trained by the VirginiA Daughters of the American Revolution (VADAR). He serves to protect the rights of tobacco conglomerates and segregationist state senators everywhere. He was voiced by Abe Vigoda in the smash hit film "Star Wars: The State Senate Hearing on Proposed Bill VA0304.551, The Realignment of Voter Districts 11, 13 and 16." What a powerhouse that film was. I highly recommend it when it comes out on DVD June 31st.

Don't worry, it's an easy mistake to make.

Seb is correct. While working on the film, I overheard Mr. Vigoda saying to the director (Tom Hagenberger), "Can you get me off the hook, Tom, for old time's sake?" Meaning Abe wanted out of the terrible film we were making, and rightly so.

I think Arnold is starring in the sequel. In it, he realigns California's voter districts to the chagrin of both democrats and republicans. Then he realigns their faces. Release date: November 2008. (It opens on a Tuesday so the box office tallies can count Tues. through Sun. as a long weekend).
